Adams State 1st Place Women's 6K - NCAA D2 Cross Country Championships 2022

Adams State won its NCAA record 20th women's team title, including a third in a row, with a 75-126 victory against Grand Valley State at the Division 2 Cross Country Championships at Chambers Creek Regional Park in University Place, Wash. Stephanie Cotter won the 6-kilometer individual crown in 19:45.2 for her second career cross country championship, including 2019 in Sacramento in 19:15.5, to lead five Grizzlies earning All-America honors. Brianna Robles finished fourth in 20:44.9, Precious Robinson took 15th in 21:00.2, Emily Schoellkopf secured 25th in 21:10.1 and Morgan Hykes placed 38th in 21:20.3 for Adams State, which also had Nicole Lawrence achieve 65th in 21:41.5 and Maggie McCleskey earn 118th in 22:12.9.
