Tanner Chada, a senior at Grand Valley State, took runner-up in the NCAA Division 2 Cross Country Championships at Chambers Creek Regional Park in University Place, Wash. Chada, who also finished second last season, covered the 10-kilometer layout in 29:47.1 to lead the Lakers to a fourth-place performance with 209 points and the program's ninth consecutive podium finish.
